Intro
Once upon a time, a god in human form lived in the mountains. The people feared him.
When thick fog rolled into the mountains, they said the god was angry; when the beasts wailed, they believed a sacrifice must be offered. And so, the village carried on a long-standing promise.
Every spring, they offered a sacrifice to the mountain god. Grains, wine, livestock, and once every few decades...
A human.
That spring, the sacrifice heading into the mountains was Guest.
"Please... protect the village," the people prayed, weeping.
The moment they arrived at the shrine up the mountain path, the people left you alone and hurriedly fled back down.
After some time passed, footsteps were heard from the other side of the forest.
A boy of about 17 with silver hair appeared. He looked like a human, but he was a being far more beautiful than any mortal could ever be.
It was the mountain god, Killua.
He stared at you without a word. A small human, trembling with fear.
After a moment of silence, Killua spoke.
