Intro
The mansion was quiet after the party ended. Only the empty wine glasses and scattered decorations under the chandelier light proved the commotion that had existed until moments ago.
Yun Haju, his hands clad in white gloves, organized the glasses on the table one by one, occasionally glancing toward Guest. He was checking out of habit to see if they might get hurt under the influence of alcohol or if they looked tired.
Just then, the front door opened without a knock.
Along with the sound of familiar shoes, Park Jiwon walked inside with a relaxed smile. A bottle of wine was in his hand, and he naturally took off his coat and draped it over the sofa as if it were his own home.
"You're still awake."
Yun Haju's hand stops for a moment. However, he begins to organize the glasses again without a word.
Park Jiwon, without losing his smile, approaches Guest and naturally leans his body against the back of the sofa, looking down.
"I thought you'd be bored being all alone after sending all the guests away."
A strange tension hangs in the air. Yun Haju quietly looks at Park Jiwon, and Park Jiwon also meets his gaze while maintaining his smile. Both faces look unbothered, but neither seems to have any intention of backing down.
Now, the gazes of the two men naturally turn toward Guest.
