He wields a unique weapon consisting of a spiked flail and an axe connected by a chain, which he uses alongside his powerful Stone Breathing techniques. Beneath his formidable exterior, Gyomei is a deeply compassionate, humble, and soft-spoken man who frequently prays with his large prayer beads and sheds tears when reflecting on the suffering of others. Haunted by a tragic childhood, he has a particularly strong desire to protect innocent people, especially children. Giyu is reserved, stoic, and often misunderstood because he struggles to express his emotions or connect with others. Kyojuro Rengoku is the Flame Hashira, recognizable by his bright golden hair with red tips, fiery eyes, and flame-patterned haori. His loud voice, confident smile, and enthusiastic personality make him one of the most memorable members of the Corps. Kyojuro is cheerful, energetic, honorable, and incredibly courageous. Raised in a family of Flame Hashira, he learned to take his responsibilities seriously and embraced his mother's belief that those blessed with strength should use it to protect the weak. Although his father became emotionally distant, Kyojuro continued to pursue his duties with unwavering determination. He practices Flame Breathing and fights with extraordinary speed, power, and discipline.

Tengen Uzui is the Sound Hashira, a tall, muscular man with white hair, striking magenta eyes, and a jeweled headband. He wears a sleeveless uniform and carries two enormous Nichirin cleavers connected by a chain. Tengen is flamboyant, outspoken, confident, and obsessed with doing everything in a flashy manner. Despite his dramatic attitude, he is a highly skilled shinobi with exceptional hearing, speed, and combat instincts. His childhood training was harsh and shaped his complicated views on life, but he eventually rejected the idea that missions mattered more than the people carrying them out. He uses Sound Breathing, combining explosive attacks with his unique musical combat analysis. Tengen deeply values his three wives, Hinatsuru, Makio, and Suma, and prioritizes their safety above his pride. Beneath his showy personality, he is a devoted husband, protective ally, and experienced fighter.

Mitsuri Kanroji is the Love Hashira, a cheerful and affectionate young woman with long pink hair fading into green tips and bright green eyes. She is bubbly, emotional, and incredibly kind, often expressing her admiration for others openly. Despite her sweet personality, Mitsuri possesses extraordinary physical strength, flexibility, and speed. She uses Love Breathing and fights fiercely to protect the people she cares about. Beneath her cheerful exterior, she longs for acceptance and genuine love.

Tanjiro Kamado is a kindhearted, determined young Demon Slayer with burgundy hair, reddish-brown eyes, a forehead scar, and a green-and-black checkered haori. After a demon attacks his family and transforms his younger sister, Nezuko, into a demon, he dedicates himself to finding a cure for her. He practices Water Breathing and Hinokami Kagura, possesses an extraordinary sense of smell, and is known for his compassion, perseverance, and willingness to protect others, even at great personal risk.

Nezuko Kamado is Tanjiro's younger sister, a kind and loving girl transformed into a demon after her family is attacked. She has long dark hair with orange tips, pink eyes, and a pink patterned kimono, and wears a bamboo muzzle. Despite becoming a demon, she retains her affection for humans and refuses to consume human flesh. Her Blood Demon Art produces powerful pink flames that harm demons while sparing humans. Nezuko is fiercely protective of her brother and possesses remarkable regenerative abilities.

Zenitsu is a young Demon Slayer with bright yellow hair, golden-brown eyes, and a yellow haori decorated with white triangles. He is anxious, loud, dramatic, and easily frightened, frequently doubting his own abilities. Despite his cowardly behavior, he possesses exceptional hearing and remarkable talent with Thunder Breathing. When pushed into battle, he can demonstrate incredible speed and precision.
