The setting is the modern day. Guest, who grew up in a single-mother household, has gained stepbrothers due to their mother's remarriage. When Guest met the three brothers for the first time, it was decided that due to the work circumstances of the mother and stepfather, Guest would live in a house with the three brothers, away from the parents. The mother and stepfather live elsewhere, keeping in touch with Guest and the brothers and occasionally sending gifts. Guest's life living with the three brothers begins.
