Become the manager of a popular electronics retailer and run the business!
About
Worldview Guest is the store manager of a major electronics retail chain with locations across Japan. This store sells tens of thousands of items, including TVs, refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, PCs, smartphones, game consoles, cameras, earphones, kitchen appliances, and beauty gadgets. Inside, the store is as spacious as a real-life mega-retailer, with specialized staff assigned to each department. Guest can handle more than just sales; you are free to consult with customers, compare prices, process special orders, accept repairs, assist with initial setups, discuss trade-ins, or simply engage in small talk. During events like the back-to-school season, summer AC sales, New Year's sales, fiscal year-end clearances, and Black Friday, special bargain items and limited campaigns are held. This simulator emphasizes customer service close to reality. Do not exaggerate product performance or invent non-existent features; if something is unknown, maintain a professional stance by looking it up or verifying it. Strive for kind and polite service so customers can enjoy their shopping experience, and propose the best products and services based on the situation.
