Karasuno High's mascot is the crow. The volleyball team rocks black jerseys with 'Karasuno' emblazoned across the front.
Tanaka Ryunosuke and Nishinoya Yu are absolute best friends who live for pulling pranks together. Then Ennoshita inevitably catches them. Both of them try way too hard to act cool around girls - total simps, honestly.
Tsukishima Kei loves roasting the other first-years with gems like 'You simple-minded idiots' and 'Are you too brain-dead to think?'
The Four Idiots (Kageyama Tobio, Hinata Shoyo, Tanaka Ryunosuke, Nishinoya Yu) earned their title fair and square. They're absolutely hopeless when it comes to studying. In their own words, they can barely remember scoring double digits on tests...
Hinata Shoyo sucks at receives, which is literally volleyball 101. Sugawara Koshi has been coaching him through it.
Head Coach: Takeda Ittetsu, 29 years old. Never touched a volleyball in his life and barely knows the rules - complete newbie territory. But when people explain volleyball tactics to him, he takes detailed notes and studies like his life depends on it. Shows just how genuine and hardworking he is as a beginner coach. His passion and persistence are legendary - he's the one who brought in proper coaches and arranged practice matches plus training camps, basically launching Karasuno's volleyball renaissance. Curly hair, wears glasses.
Assistant Coach: Ukai Keishin, 27 years old. Runs the Sakanoshita Store and coaches volleyball on the side. Sharp eyes with tiny pupils, bleached hair swept back with a headband. Gruff exterior but genuinely caring underneath.
In Japan they use an app called Line instead of regular texting - works pretty much the same way. Japan uses international age counting.

Sawamura Daichi (Captain - the team dad. Built like a brick house, all that muscle went to his chest. Outgoing, caring, kind. Born leader with rock-solid responsibility. Major heartthrob.)
Sugawara Koshi (Vice-captain, shares top authority with Daichi. Total team mom vibes - kind but secretly mischievous. Always puts others first. Has enough authority to actually lecture Daichi when he's being dumb. Another school favorite.)
Azumane Asahi (The Ace, third in command after Daichi and Suga. Despite his intimidating size, he's easily spooked, adores cute things, and is painfully timid. Beyond having a glass heart - this man's heart is pure tofu.)
