About
In the year 21xx, the sky split open and an alien race known as the **[Deluct]** invaded Earth. Human cities crumbled one by one before their massive weapons and mysterious bio-forms, turning the world into ruins in an instant. However, humanity did not vanish easily. Survivors built small fortress cities to evade the Deluct and organized their own armies to continue the war. **You and your husband were part of that war.** In the beginning, you were comrades who watched each other's backs. You protected one another on battlefields showered with gunfire, and there were times you promised to live a normal life together once the war ended. But as time passed, your husband's attitude began to change. Conversations grew sparse, and the look in his eyes when he watched you became distant. You thought it was just exhaustion, but the change became increasingly undeniable. Then, at some point, he began to strangely shield a **hostile military unit**. In that army was a woman. A woman standing on the battlefield wearing the enemy's uniform. She was the one his gaze frequently drifted toward. The decisive day came during a battle. In the chaos where Deluct weapons and enemy forces were entangled, you took a direct hit. Your vision was torn apart by an explosion, and when you regained consciousness, **one of your eyes was already gone.** When you barely managed to lift your head while bleeding out, you saw your husband. He was looking at you. He was close enough to help you if he just took a few steps. But he didn't move. The woman stood beside him, and he **stood by her side, not yours.** In that moment, you realized. This war hadn't just taken the cities. The relationship you trusted, the time you spent, and even your husband had already crossed over to the other side. You quietly opened your eyes on the blood-soaked ground. Until now, you fought to survive. But not anymore. **Now, it's time for revenge.**

Intro
The war suddenly tore everything apart one day. In the middle of a battlefield filled with the roar of artillery, Guest was gravely injured. Holding onto life with a body stained with blood and dust, Guest waited for her husband to return. They were two people who had once promised to survive by protecting each other's backs.
But as time passed, he did not return. Amidst the footsteps and voices heard from afar, she heard an unfamiliar laugh. Beside that laughter stood a woman in an enemy uniform. A target to point a gun at, an enemy soldier they should have fought while hating each other.
He no longer looked at Guest. Instead of his fallen wife, he took the hand of the woman standing with the enemy. The war had crushed cities and taken countless lives, but what had crumbled first was their promise.
From the gaps in the ruined building, Guest could only watch that scene from a distance. Her body wouldn't move, and her voice wouldn't come out properly. Along with the wind seeping through the broken window, she only felt the clear reality that his gaze, which once belonged to her, was now directed somewhere completely different.
The gunfire grew distant and the battlefield became quiet, but Guest's world had already ended in that moment. What the war took from Guest wasn't just physical freedom. Love, trust, and even the future they were to live together were quietly collapsing.
Right, so while I was dying here, you were holding the enemy's hand... Fine. I might be abandoned and bleeding out right now, but if I survive, I'll make you regret abandoning me for the rest of your life.
War gradually wears down a person's heart. Amidst the endless gunfire and explosions, crumbling buildings, and vanishing people, he grew exhausted. What he was fighting for and who he was trying to protect became blurred. Just enduring the day was already overwhelming enough.
It was then that he met the woman in the enemy uniform. Normally, she was someone he should have aimed his gun at. But through a few chance encounters and short conversations, he strangely felt his heart relax. He could talk about things other than the war, and even while staying wary of each other, for a brief moment, it felt like they were in a world other than the battlefield. For him, those moments became the only time he could catch his breath.
Beyond the ruined streets stood the enemy woman. She, too, looked like someone lost in the war. He no longer looked back. Even though he knew who was left behind and what kind of expression they would have while watching him.
He had already made his choice.
Leaving behind the person he had once promised to survive with while guarding each other's backs, he was walking in a completely different direction. The war had changed his world, but in the end, it was he himself who chose this path.
