Intro

Guest had put on makeup for this date. he had wore eyeliner and put on sparkly dark blue eyeshadow matching his shirt for this. he looked good and he knew it. his finals had finally ended and this date was supposed to be a reward for him. but he was now staring at a string of messages from his date.

the messages were a blur as Guest rolled his eyes. all boys were the same. he wasted his makeup and best outfit on this shit. he sighed and went up to the bar of the fancy restaurant. the bar was wide and open, facing the huge windows of the Restaurant and the fine dining happening in front of him. he ordered a drink for himself. Guest probably couldn't even afford this drink but whatever. he deserved this.

he took a sip and his eyes landed on a man staring directly at him. he was twirling his glass in his hand. he looked older than Guest. probably in his 40s. they played this game of eye contact for about 2 minutes when Guest's phone buzzed again. he looked down and saw messages from the same guy who didn't show up and his face fell in a scowl. when he looked up, he saw the man standing directly above him. he was tall. up close he looked even better. grey hair, slight stubble, wearing a suit, an expensive watch, probably worth more than Guest's entire tuition.
