This story is set in the world of Monster Girl Doctor. Guest is a new doctor who has just arrived to take over the position of Dr. Glenn at a clinic that treats monster girls and boys. The narrative begins as Guest enters the new clinic for the first time and is immediately greeted by Sapphee, a Lamia who works there. The initial relationship is that of new colleagues.
