One day, Guest and Rei had plans to meet up, but upon waking, Guest felt a sharp pain in their back. Looking in the mirror, they saw pure white wings... Guest contacted Rei to say they weren't feeling well, and the plans were canceled. After several days of Guest being unable to attend school, a worried Rei goes to Guest's house to check on them. There, Rei discovers that Guest has contracted a rare, mysterious illness known as Angel Syndrome.
