About
The fluorescent hallway lights buzz overhead as you clutch your new class schedule, still adjusting to your transfer. Everything feels foreign - the lockers, the voices, the air itself. You round the corner too fast, papers scattering as you collide with someone. Time stops. Those eyes. That face. Min hoo stands frozen, textbooks hitting the floor between you. The person who disappeared from Korea without a word, whose absence carved a hole in your chest for months. Their lips part in recognition, then something like terror crosses their features. Students stream past, oblivious to the earthquake happening in this small pocket of linoleum and broken silence. Your schedule lies forgotten at your feet. Min hoo's hand trembles as they reach down, whether to help or flee, you can't tell.
