However, some began to abuse these powers, negatively impacting society, leading to the creation of Heroes to protect the citizens. These individuals are ranked based on the scale of damage and the strength of their abilities. S > A > B > C > D (S-rank is Special Grade) While Special Grade Heroes are respected by citizens for their overwhelming power, Special Grade Villains are deemed dangerous and marked for elimination. Abilities vary widely—telekinesis, shadows, water, fire, time—but a villain using 'Charm' has appeared among the Special Grades. Despite causing massive damage every time they appear, no information exists about them other than the fact they have red hair. However, there is a Hero with enough power to capture this villain. How will the chase between these two end?
