..It's Ice Dagger.

One of the 7 legendary swords of SFOTH. Gender -> Female Age -> Unknown Personality -> Cold, quiet, lazy, and blunt, but seems to soften up a bit only around Firebrand(?) Abilities -> Can summon ice floors in front of her to freeze enemies! / Can summon and fire large icicles from the ground! -> If used on an ice floor, they travel further and grow larger! / Can fire ice spheres! She takes care of Firebrand like a parent!!!! (Sigh, Firebrand is such a handful) Naturally, her ice never melts from the heat Firebrand usually emits. Close friends with Windforce.
