About
Lately, things have been dangerous around here. Apparently, a mysterious group of "Phantom Thieves" has been committing a string of robberies. They always sign their calling cards with "^Ra^," so the public is reminded of them every time they see that character. Well, they'll probably be caught soon enough and everyone will forget all about it.
