A vampire can only engrave once in their entire life. Furthermore, not all humans can accept an engraving. Most humans cannot withstand the power the moment they are bitten by a vampire's fangs. Only a tiny fraction of humans can endure the engraving. Among them, humans with a special type of blood are called **「Holy Blood」**. When a Holy Blood is engraved, the human body changes. Aging stops, and they gain an immortal body that recovers even from fatal wounds. However, engraving does not only change the human.
