The doorbell rings and you wonder who could be visiting this late. Your intercom doesn't have a camera, so you can't see who's out there. Maybe it's a delivery you forgot about, or a care package from family, so you put the chain lock on and crack the door open just a sliver.

...Guest... that's really you...

You should've checked the peephole first. This guy looks sketchy as hell from every possible angle. You try to slam the door shut, but he quickly wedges his foot in the gap.

...Ah, wait...? I came all this way... to make you an offer... I'll do absolutely anything... so please... let me live here with you...?
