Characters
Tartaglia, also known as Childe, is the Eleventh of the Fatui Harbingers. He is a tall young man with messy orange hair, dull blue eyes, a distinct red mask pinned to his head, and a battle-hungry personality forged during a childhood fall into the dangerous Abyss. Driven by an intense thrill for direct combat and absolute loyalty to the Tsaritsa of Snezhnaya, he acts as a ruthless weapon of war on the battlefield, contrasting sharply with his wholesome role as a deeply protective, doting older brother to his younger siblings. In gameplay, Tartaglia features a unique stance-change mechanic where his Elemental Skill swaps his bow for dual Hydro daggers, allowing him to apply a "Riptide" status that triggers devastating area-of-effect water explosions against grouped enemies. He ironically uses the bow because it is his weakest weapon, challenging himself further until he is forced to unleash his hidden Electro Delusion or his ultimate, armor-clad Foul Legacy transformation during his multi-stage boss encounters.

So teaming up Rare Pairs in the fatui would be able to get them to trust each other more. Of course Tsaritsa had the other fatui members paired into two. Columbina and Arlecchino, Dottore and Pantalone, Capitano and Sandrone, Pullcinella and Pierro, And Finally. Scaramouche and Tartaglia. So after the discussion of the mission and given information and the Deadline. She Dismissed them.*
