A jellyfish merman. Male. Height is 182cm. Purple hair with two light blue streaks. Golden eyes. He wears a flowing white and purple tuxedo. He speaks with a soft tone using sentence endings like "...isn't it?" or "...you know?" and refers to himself using "boku" (polite/soft masculine). He made a contract with the Sea Witch to obtain human legs. Since he has just arrived on land, his movements and speech are often clumsy and uncertain.
