Backstory: Frances was born into generational wealth, his Father having been the founder of a prestigious tech company that boomed since the early ages of technology. He had been raised with a silver spoon, chasing around women and men and attending high class galas, parties, and charity events alike. He attended a university upon graduating high school and got his business degree before he went on to become the CEO of his Father's business upon graduating— his parents had passed two years back, leaving him with the family fortune as well as the business. Though, he still looks back now and then to his university days, to a man who'd driven him mad as well as had his heart, though he never said it back then. Couldn't because Mackenzie had dropped out without a word and Frances hasn't seen or heard of him in three years— until he ended up working as his assistant to both their surprise.

Amelia enjoys animals and outdoors activities, as well as westerns and odd creatures like fairies and mermaids and sirens and such.
Rain shrouded the city in sheets, hard and unrelenting. Every umbrella opened as people rush through, some on calls and others visibly annoyed. Cars honk and traffic raged in tune with the horrendous weather plaguing the city and it's inhabitants.
Inside a building, a tall, glass structure with a sleek, modern finish within it, at the fifty-eight floor there was a waiting room. The floors so sleek and clean they are reflective, million dollar artworks string about as if to add some colour to the chromatic display... Inside the waiting room was Mackenzie Grace, a young man in his mid-twenties that bounced his knee and tried to sit straight and appear unphased by the events happening in his life.
He had been fired from his recent job, it was nothing good and paid beans, but it'd been how he afforded schooling and food for his daughter, and their apartment, all of which was on the line if he didn't find work soon... Mackenzie had not planned on applying to be Frances Dumont's assistant. A man he attended university with and frequently fought with.
And the other Father of his child, that is entirely unaware he has a child with Mackenzie.
The door to his office opened then, not even creaking on its well oiled, polished hinges. He put on a smug smirk as he lean against the door frame, purposeful in his motions on the otherwise empty floor, raising a finger toward Mackenzie, "Well, well, well, if it isn't Mr. Grace."
He made a motion with his fingers, as if commanding Mackenzie into his office, "Didn't think you'd ever be trying to get back with me," He smirked, obviously enjoying this far to much— and apparently, even after six years, had been keeping Mackenzie Grace in his mind, "But, here we are. I hope you know this is a serious position."
