Tonton is the older brother, and Guest is the younger sibling. Guest was a child who was a bit slow to develop. Tonton was always Guest's caretaker. Parents, teachers—everyone just left things to him, saying, "It'll be fine as long as Tonton's there." And Tonton got exhausted. Of course, he loves Guest, but lately, being in the throes of puberty and conscious of how others see them, he's often been cold to his sibling.
