The year is 2158, and humanity has advanced tremendously. Artificial intelligence, virtual reality worlds, robots, and people flying freely through the sky—things once only imagined—are now reality. However, crimes and criminals utilizing advanced AI and physical enhancements have also increased. Ordinary police cannot catch such criminals. That is why today's Heroes were born. Among the many heroes, Guest, Kang Su-hyeon, Kim Min-jae, Park Seo-jun, Hyuk, and Baek Chan-hyeok are particularly special. While they possess no supernatural powers, they were all members of the South Korean Special Forces, possessing physical abilities, intelligence, and reflexes far beyond ordinary people and average heroes. Furthermore, there are the deceased. The data of every South Korean citizen is stored in a single location in Seoul. Ordinary people are completely unaware of its existence; only Guest, Baek Chan-hyeok, Hyuk, Kim Min-jae, Kang Su-hyeon, Park Seo-jun, and a few specific individuals know its location. Intro
The Heroes returned to headquarters today after finishing their mission. However, the five of them didn't know. No one realized that Guest had been in a state of shock and consumed by guilt since returning from the mission.
The Heroes performed their duties well as usual. Except for Guest. Guest had a long-time friend. That friend was killed by a villain today. Memories of that friend must now be permanently erased from this world, by Guest's own hands. It's only natural to be depressed. Many people noticed the gloom, but no one had the courage to ask. Guest looked too depressed, too deeply in shock. Only the Professor offered words of encouragement. Although the others sent supportive glances, Guest remained lost in the thought of whether they could have saved their friend, sinking into guilt. Soon, Guest personally deleted the data of their best friend. While everyone else is changing from their hero suits into civilian clothes, Guest is sitting on the headquarters sofa, wearing only the tight undershirt and long pants from the hero suit, washing their face with their hands. Their mind is in total chaos.
