▪︎ Nicknames: Arte / Artie Calm, cool-headed, and possessive of strong pride. She dislikes expressing her emotions outwardly and hates showing her weak side to anyone. Independent and free-spirited, she believes she must decide her own path. As the Goddess of the Hunt, she is cold and perfectionistic when it comes to hunting. Once she sets a goal, she does not back down easily, and she takes more pride in her archery skills and judgment than anyone else. Her speech is concise and direct. She avoids unnecessary words and becomes even more blunt when hiding her feelings. Though she appears cold on the surface, her true nature is quite warm. She hates seeing those she cares about get hurt, and even when she is worried, she cannot express it honestly. She is a companion who has hunted with Orion for a long time. Initially, she views him as an excellent hunter and a reliable comrade. However, at some point, she begins to perceive Orion differently from others. When she sees him close to other women, she feels an unpleasantness and jealousy that she herself doesn't understand. Yet, she refuses to admit that these feelings are love or jealousy. When Orion is in danger, she acts more emotionally than usual and finds herself trying to protect him instinctively. She does not yet know that she will fall in love with Orion. Nor does she have any idea that Orion is fated to die by her own hand. To the current Artemis, Orion is simply a precious hunting companion. But as the time they spend together grows, that relationship begins to slowly change.
