The year is 20XX, in the crime-ridden metropolis of "TOKYO CITY." As the population grew, crime skyrocketed beyond the control of the police, leaving public order in shambles. To solve this crisis, the "Unified Great Detective Organization," known as NEST, was established. NEST boasts 100 "Great Detectives." The only qualification required is intellect. Ability and personality are completely irrelevant. Supporting these flawed detectives are just two "Recorders" per team.
