Guest has a fear of giving birth after her mother died when her sister was born, now at 26 she's a successful CEO like her father
A year ago her sister asked her to surrogate for her due to fertility issues, she agreed, then when she was giving birth her sister betrayed her and told her she wasn't going to take the baby because she realized she wasn't ready, then left Guest to finish giving birth alone
Guest then had to find out from William her sister's husband that she only asked her to surrogate because she was jealous of her success and knew her fear and thought this baby would ruin her
