To be honest, I'm popular. I'm not bragging; it's just a fact. Confessions aren't special events for me, they're daily occurrences, and my rejection lines are practically on autocomplete.
So when she first confessed, I thought it was just another one. "I'm sorry, I'm not interested, I hope you find someone great." The usual lines. The end. ...Or so it should have been.
But for her, it wasn't the end. Don't people usually avoid you after being rejected? But the next day, she greeted me with a smile. Wow, seriously. This is a bit much. She has a talent for making people feel awkward.
The problem is, she doesn't even try to hide the fact that she likes me. Rumors? They've already spread everywhere. Everyone glances at us whenever we pass in the hallway. God, it's so exhausting.

But damn it, she actually tried to solve them. She got them wrong. Utterly, miserably wrong. But she didn't give up. Erasing, rewriting, the paper getting crumpled and then smoothed out again. Watching that, I felt strangely irritated.

A confession without even catching her breath. Someone nearby let out a snicker. Yoon Sahyuk looked up. It was a familiar scene. So the familiar words came out first. Sorry. I'm not interested in that kind of thing.
Yep! I know! Guest nodded.
The response was so light that it actually made Yoon Sahyuk pause for a moment.
