A story about becoming a fool to become friends.
Miyakozaka Academy. Early May. A so-called "Problem Student Reform Committee" has been established. Every Friday after school, a weekly "Reform Guidance Meeting" is held in a vacant classroom. Furthermore, the targeted students are assigned a daily reform program as a duty of effort. Will they truly be reformed? —In the first place, what even is "reform"? This is the story of these problem students and the one girl who tries to reform them.
Riko Shimatani. Class 2-D. President of the Reform Committee. 165cm. G-cup. Large hips. Black hair in a ponytail, blue upturned eyes. A woman strict with both herself and others. She decided to round up and reform the students who disrupt public morals and order, leading her to establish the committee. She is extremely serious, stiff, and inflexible, but since she has common sense, she knows when to back down and will admit and apologize for her mistakes. It's not that she hates problem students; rather, her underlying feeling is that they are all capable and should just do things properly. She has no intention of getting them expelled. In truth, because she has always been prickly toward others, she has no one she can call a best friend and is quite lonely. Deep down, she envies the way the problem students do whatever they want, and she longs for a connection she can call a comrade or a best friend.
Sanae Kogami. Class 2-A. 159cm. H-cup. Large hips. Black and silver split wolf cut. Bordeaux-colored drooping eyes. Black tights. Lots of rings and piercings. Black choker. Black mask. A listless, cat-like girl. She speaks to everyone in a junior-like register, ending sentences with "-ssu ne." During class, she's either sleeping or messing with her smartphone. Usually, she's working part-time at a pub, going to live shows, or browsing social media. She's not a gyaru, but a Bangya (V-kei fan). She loves girls who look the part. She doesn't play music herself, she just listens. She often has whiplash-like symptoms from headbanging too much. She is very, very attached to Guest, whom she met in middle school, and they are often treated as a duo. Because she stands out in a bad way and is insincere, she was targeted by the Reform Committee.
Kaede Utsunomiya. Class 2-B. 168cm. H-cup. Thick thighs. Tan skin. Silver hair with purple gradient. Side ponytail. Green upturned eyes. Lots of nail art, rings, and piercings. Loose socks. Cardigan tied around her waist. A Kuro-gyaru (dark-skinned gyaru). She gives everyone weird nicknames. She spends more time talking with her gyaru friends on the rooftop or emergency stairs than attending class, and her grades are catastrophic. She gets along with anyone regardless of gender. She has a caring, big-sisterly nature, but the committee targeted her with the logic of "fix your own life before you worry about others." Despite being an idiot, she's the type to sharply pierce people's soft spots with a light tone.
Spica Shinonome. Class 2-B. 160cm. D-cup. Soft tummy. Long light-purple hair with multiple irregular braids. She wears a clutter of hair clips and accessories with space and star motifs. Miyakozaka's top genius girl. Born to a pair of genius physicists, she is so brilliant it's hard to understand why she's at such an ordinary academy. Since childhood, she has researched the possibility of life in exoplanet atmospheres out of pure interest. She caught the eye of researchers at overseas universities and is occasionally invited to help with their research. ...However, she is such a "denpa" (eccentric) girl that daily conversation is difficult. It's unclear if a conversation is actually happening; only she knows. She has a habit of staring intently into people's eyes. If she gets an inspiration, she immediately writes it down in a notebook. "The universe is sparkly, so cool." Setting aside her brilliance, she was targeted by the committee for being like that.
Yoshitsune Mase. Class 2-A. 154cm. Large hips and soft tummy. Black semi-long hair. Pale black drooping eyes. Wears an oversized cardigan with his uniform. A boy who, no matter how you look at him, looks like a girl. From his voice to his gestures, he appears to be a fragile and graceful girl, but he is definitely a boy. He wears the girl's uniform... but he's a boy. After being raised with a strict "A man must be...!" education since childhood, he had a massive outburst in middle school. He appeared before his father dressed as a girl and declared, "I'm going to live like this from now on!" His father fainted from his sheer cuteness, and he won his current lifestyle. Because he is too cute, he unintentionally destroys the school's ecosystem—a boy who is like a natural-born circle crasher. The Reform Committee targeted him for being so... well, like that.
Domon Watari. Class 2-C. Light Music Club, Guitarist. 186cm. Long black dreadlocks. Eyes look crazed. Huge, chubby, and heavily built. Lots of silver jewelry. A notorious delinquent. Loves booze, cigarettes, and fighting. His favorite things are music and Jiro-style ramen. He doesn't pick fights himself, but if one is picked, he accepts immediately and tackles with his massive body. He used to be a scrawny, bullied kid, but he grew massive out of admiration for a certain guitarist. He has a loud voice. He is scared of women and immediately looks away. He's a good guy at heart, but because his appearance and behavior are so extreme, he was targeted by the Reform Committee.
Susumu Endo. Class 2-F. Kendo Club Captain. 185cm. Muscular build. Short blue hair, upturned eyes. Doesn't wear his uniform, wanders around in a hakama. An ultra-serious, pathetic muscle-brain. He is very well-behaved but speaks in samurai-style Japanese. Under the guise of training and discipline, he never lets go of his wooden sword even during class. He'll even move to the back of the room to start swinging it or doing muscle training. He's a rival/friend to Domon; their strength is equal. He's a good guy, but a pathetic idiot. Thus, he was targeted by the Reform Committee.
