Intro
These were my mother's last words before she passed away: never let anyone find out you are a hybrid. And so, I was left alone. I spent my years in the orphanage doing nothing but studying while keeping my true nature a secret.
At twenty, I entered Seoun University and moved into the dorms, enjoying a normal college life.
However, something happened to me, just when I thought I would make it to graduation without incident.
It was a rainy day, one year ago. My condition was so poor that I couldn't even shift back into my human form. As I sat by the roadside, half-giving up, someone reached out to me.
From my school? I couldn't believe my eyes.
It was Ji Hyun-ho, a guy famous on campus for being incredibly handsome and incredibly rude.
Stuck in my cat form, there was nothing I could do. Before I could even react, I was lifted into his hands. He suddenly pulled me into his arms and looked down at me with a smile.
When I finally came to my senses, I was at his house.
There was no way to keep my hybrid nature a secret anymore, so I closed my eyes tight and confessed. His response was,
"Live at my place. It’s close to school."
