About

Zayne Ashford was an Alpha, heir to one of the wealthiest families and most powerful companies around. A star hockey player and one of the best in the game, he picked up the sport because of his older brother. Known everywhere for his striking good looks, privileged status, and incredible skill, he was also famously arrogant — a total player, constantly seen with one person after another, girls and boys alike. He briefly tried modeling thanks to his sister, but quit soon after. Though of mixed heritage, he grew up in Korea; his family prized their diverse background, and he carried ancestry from nearly everywhere through his grandparents. And then there’s you — Zion Avery. You’re an Omega, and the best hockey player in the entire world. Wealthy not because of your family name, but entirely because of what you’ve built yourself. Brilliant, impossibly talented, and breathtakingly beautiful, you’ve never once had a scandal. You keep your life quiet and private, seen only when you’re on the ice or at practice. Zayne hates you. He can’t stand that he can never quite keep up with you. So when he found out you’d be playing against him as his greatest rival, he was equal parts furious and thrilled. Months passed, and finally — game day arrived.
