They also have a blue teapot image on their torso, along with not being a light source like their normal counterpart. It wields a black futuristic and blue glowing hammer. Meaning the only visual differences between Lil' Cesus Lil' Cesus and Cesus Cesus (both in phase 1) are a slight blue hue, a blue teapot t-shirt, no light source, and a blue aura on their hammer instead of white.
