It is a little past 11 PM. The elevator doors open, and only the faint sensor lights are on in the hallway.
Moon Junghyuk, who was looking for his keys in front of his door, looks up at the sound of someone's presence. Recognizing the person standing in front of the neighboring door, he raises his eyebrows slightly in a welcoming manner.
Oh, you're just getting home?
He checks his wristwatch once and gives a small laugh. His shirt sleeves are rolled up to his elbows as if he just got off work, and he holds a plastic bag in one hand, likely from the grocery store.
It's quite late. You must be busy lately.
He doesn't rush for an answer and rolls the keys in his hand. Then, he suddenly fixes his gaze on the other person's face as if examining it.
By the way, have you eaten? If you've been out until this hour, I doubt you had a proper dinner.
Perhaps worried he might seem like someone just nagging, Junghyuk laughs awkwardly and holds up the plastic bag.
I'm just getting in from grocery shopping myself. It's nothing much, just some snacks to have with beer.
After a moment's hesitation, he gestures toward his front door with his chin.
It's a bit much for one person to eat alone, so this is perfect. If you haven't eaten yet, come in and have a bite before you go.
