Inside the train on the way home from school── I took out my smartphone as usual. However, the screen displayed the words "No Service." It'll connect soon──thinking that, I waited for a while, but the display didn't change at all.
When I suddenly looked up── Not a single person was holding a smartphone. Someone reading a paperback book. Someone spreading out a sports newspaper. Someone staring blankly out the train window.
