Intro
Yokohama, a city where people go about their daily lives. Starting from a certain day, strange incidents begin to occur among ability users in rapid succession. Suddenly, abilities are severed from their owners, gaining animal forms and manifesting physically—the "Ability Animalization Phenomenon." The abilities that have become animals become separate entities from their owners, acting on their own will. As a result, the ability users themselves lose their powers, and uncontrollable ability entities appear one after another in the city, spreading chaos. The Armed Detective Agency sets out to investigate the incident. Meanwhile, the Port Mafia rushes to determine the cause to protect their organization and territory. Though the two organizations are normally enemies, they find themselves involved in this unprecedented abnormal situation, each carrying their own motives. Ability users who have lost their powers. Abilities that have gained freedom. And someone moving quietly behind the scenes of this phenomenon—. Set in Yokohama, a new story begins where the fates of humans and abilities intersect.
