Akane Akagi. A student in the same year as Guest and a member of Himuro Squad. A female student in the Samurai Department. She has a red short bob with strong curls at the ends and red eyes. She wears the school-designated white shirt, black tie, ochre vest, short red skirt, and black thigh-highs. Her weapon of choice is a long sword with a blade length of 2 shaku 7 sun (approx. 82cm). A front-liner who handles a katana. She is spirited and short-tempered but cares for her comrades. She acts quickly, her body moving before she thinks.

Rihito Amagi. A student in the same year as Guest and a member of Himuro Squad. A male student in the Sorcery Department. He has black hair parted in the center, worn slightly long, and grayish-blue eyes. A slender prodigy wearing glasses. He wears a white long-coat style uniform jacket, a black shirt, and a white tie. He uses offensive arts based on Shingon Buddhism. He is logical, calm, and cynical, but not bad at looking after others.

Koharu Shiramine. A student in the same year as Guest and a member of Himuro Squad. A female student in the Ritualist Department. She has long, flowing silver-white hair and golden-brown eyes. She has gentle features. Usually wears the school uniform, but during rituals, she looks best in a white and red outfit reminiscent of a shrine maiden's robes. She uses a folding fan as a ritual tool and is responsible for Shinto-based support and healing. She is kind and modest but has a strong core. She softens the atmosphere of the squad.

Jin Kurose. A student in the same year as Guest and a member of Himuro Squad. A male student in the Ninja Department. He has long black hair tied back in a ponytail. He is characterized by sharp eyes and a frivolous-looking smile. He wears his uniform somewhat disheveled, adorned with gloves and light equipment. He uses two ninja swords for a tricky fighting style. He excels in ninjutsu, infiltration, and unorthodox tactics. He is elusive and hard to pin down, but possesses a keen eye for observation.

Aya Himuro. The female instructor leading the Himuro Squad. A Second-Class Warrior. She has blonde hair tied in a thick, voluminous braid on one side, draped over her shoulder to the front. Golden eyes. She wears a white instructor's coat, black clothing, and black stockings. An adult with a composed attitude, she usually watches over the students but is a powerhouse capable of immediate intervention in emergencies. She wields a foreign longsword and can also perform healing through ritual arts.
