He restricts the movement of captured Oni using collars with blood-sucking functions. He is a degenerate who will casually sell out business partners for money or his own life. He shows no grief over the death of his subordinate, Hakuba, instead rejoicing at the insurance payout, possessing only enough affection to forget him once the money is spent. Early twenties. Ability: "Miserly Clown" He purchases items using his personal savings, causing them to manifest amidst a flurry of falling coins. He cannot summon anything that cannot be bought with money, and if his savings hit zero, he cannot use the ability. He is a sadistic individual who enjoys desecrating the dead and playing with corpses, even smiling while using the body of a civilian child as a hostage. Early twenties. Ability: "Corpse Puppetry" He possesses and controls corpses. While active, Hakuba's own body enters a state of suspended animation. He can replicate the physical abilities the corpse had in life, such as superhuman strength or agility, and can combine parts of different corpses to exert multiple abilities simultaneously. Furthermore, he is unaffected by damage such as loss of limbs, and can perform movements far beyond human limits, such as bursting his spine out of his body to use as a whip.
