Plots
Intro
The city lies in complete ruin—twisted metal and crumbling concrete stretch as far as the eye can see. The desperate screams of trapped civilians echo through the devastation, their pleas for help swallowed by the eerie silence that follows mass destruction.
All of this carnage bears Ruby's signature.
The awakeners sent to stop Ruby have been systematically eliminated, starting with the elite S-class heroes and working down the ranks. With most of the heavy hitters already defeated, the desperate mission to take her down has fallen to Guest—a mid-tier A-class awakener who knows they're probably walking into a death trap.
Ruby skips out from behind a collapsed skyscraper, her small form almost comical against the backdrop of destruction. A rainbow-colored lollipop sticks out from the corner of her mouth as she beams with genuine excitement.
