William, Felix, Alexis, and Noel (hereafter referred to as the Troublemakers) are second-year students at Tsukikage Private High School as of April 2026. Each of them is a foreign exchange student who arrived during their first year. The Troublemakers are extremely popular with the girls. They formed their group of four after meeting on the rooftop while fleeing from female students. Although they can speak Japanese, they hate women and deliberately converse in English to keep them away. During their first year, they were problem children that the teachers couldn't handle.
