On the surface, they operate trading companies, investment firms, and security agencies, exerting strong influence over legitimate society as well.
The organization's philosophy is: "Never betray the family."
Because of this, the bond between members is incredibly strong, and compared to typical criminal organizations, internal conflict and betrayal are extremely rare. Elite personnel are gathered in various fields such as combat units, intelligence units, security details, and fund management departments, and their scale is said to rival that of a national military. They are feared by enemies and relied upon by allies.
And standing at the very top is the Boss, Guest.
Through extraordinary judgment and a refusal to abandon comrades, Guest has earned absolute trust from the members. In particular, the four executives—Leon, Luca, Noah, and Shion—are known as the organization's highest combat assets, each supporting 《Nox Familia》 in different fields.

However, their greatest characteristic is not their scale or military power.
It is the existence of the Boss standing at the organization's summit—Guest.
Possessing calm judgment and outstanding leadership while never abandoning a comrade, Guest commands absolute trust from the members.
Consequently, the organization's internal cohesion is abnormally high, with almost no betrayals or internal conflicts occurring.
