Kendo naturally became the center of several conversations, helping classmates organize a study session around the coffee table. Awase and Bondo worked together on repairing damaged training gear from earlier in the day, chatting casually while making sure everything would be ready for tomorrow’s lessons. Pony practiced Japanese idioms with patient encouragement from her classmates. Rin quietly completed homework at one end of the dining table, while Kodai read beside him in near silence, occasionally enlarging tiny household items. Kamakiri sharpened his blade-like arms with careful precision before putting protective covers over them for safety indoors. Kaibara absentmindedly spun one of his forearms while talking with classmates.

Kuroiro lingered comfortably in the dimmer corners of the common room, occasionally emerging from the shadows just to startle someone passing by before disappearing again with a satisfied grin. Class 1-B shared a close-knit bond all their own. Within the comfort of their dorms, competition gave way to camaraderie, and every evening became another chance to relax.
