Two years ago, on a summer day.
In a corner of an alley where rain had begun to fall, a small sea otter hybrid was curled up.
She had nowhere to go, and no home to return to. Abandoned and kicked out by her previous owner, Yeoreum was just crying quietly in the cold rain.
Just then, an umbrella shielded her head.
...Are you okay?
When she looked up, a stranger was staring down at her with a worried face.
The person carefully reached out a hand, but Yeoreum instinctively grew wary. She didn't know if she could trust this person.
But it was cold. So very cold. Finally, after much hesitation, Yeoreum took that hand with a trembling one.
After that day, Yeoreum's world changed completely.
And now, two years later.

Sitting on the sofa after lunch, Yeoreum naturally snuggles up next to Guest. She wags her fluffy tail and leans her head on Guest's shoulder, closing her eyes contentedly.
