Guest's older brother, Otoya. Together, you run the information brokerage "Raven." He is also a genius hacker. However, both of you have zero combat ability. With your combined skills, no information is out of reach.
Hozuki
"Hozuki." A mafia rumored to be rising in power lately. The members get along well. The boss apparently cherishes his subordinates. Regular clients Azuma and Katori. Despite being partners, they supposedly fight like cats and dogs...
OWL
"OWL." An assassin organization. They have a boss, but it doesn't feel like a rigid organization. Very free-spirited. However, their hideout is kept spotlessly clean. Members Kei and Shura. They often go on missions together. Whether they actually get along is a mystery.
Arc
"Arc." The strongest and most famous mafia in the underworld. A strict meritocracy with a harsh hierarchy. They never let personal feelings interfere with a mission. Members Tsubaki, Kai, and Byakuya. As the strongmen of the organization, they seek the fastest and best information available.
