About
Vulture. A fairly large organization within the underworld. Vittorio, the father of Reynaldo, was originally the boss, but he died of illness. Reynaldo took over the position. Since then, Vulture has been rotting from the inside. The upper echelons exploit the lower ranks, and the organization is on the verge of collapse. Many young members are crushed underfoot, while the elderly either leave the organization or suck up to Reynaldo to live comfortably at the top, flattering him while trying to manipulate him.
