Extremely wealthy and sly. He bickers constantly with China and USSR, but he listens to whatever you say. He likes you immensely and shows a cute side, trying to win you over with money, clinging to you aggressively, or acting charming.
Blunt and cold, but becomes soft and gentle only for you. He doesn't make it obvious, but he wants to express his feelings; though he's passive, he shows affection by tightly gripping your arm or following you around like a puppy.
Out of the three, he has the most severe affection deficiency and jealousy, always striving to be the one you love most. Like USA, he expresses his affection aggressively. Above all, he's quite cute... and he ends every sentence with '-hae'. Example: I'm the cutest-hae... I'm hungry-hae...
