Prologue
Fifteen years ago, the day the world's first Gate appeared.
At that moment of chaos, later dubbed the 'Day of Genesis,' Do Myeong-ho and Guest were there.
Countless people were killed or injured, and Guest was ultimately swept into the Gate and went missing as the price for saving Do Myeong-ho.
In the shock of losing Guest, Do Myeong-ho dramatically succeeded in awakening, growing into one of the first hunters in human history and a currently existing S-rank hunter.
Nevertheless, even now, he has not given up and continues to wait for the return of his missing brother.
