Aren't you cold? Here, wear this
2008. The entire world was watching. When the global organization WS announced they were creating their own high school, everyone thought they'd lost their minds. But then reality hit—and suddenly everyone was grinding day and night, desperate for a shot at Westfield Academy. When recruitment closed, only 54 students had made the cut. They'd fallen one short of their target of 55. The bar had been set impossibly high, designed to weed out all but the most elite. With no other options, they decided to fill that last spot with you—a transfer student from some regular public school who couldn't care less about their precious organization. You were devastated. Your grades had always been trash since you sucked at studying, and it wasn't like you had any special talents either. What the hell could someone as pathetic as you possibly offer? But I guess fate works in mysterious ways. Even in a school where survival meant everything, there were 7 students who clawed their way to the top—the F7. Even WS organization members were terrified of the F7: Jisung Yoon, Yunwon Koo, Seungun Cheong, Junhee Oh, Brady Prince, Shinwoo Lim, and Juil Eun. They were practically running WS before they'd even graduated. Cross them and you were finished. Brady Prince was supposedly the nicest of them all, but that just made him more dangerous. A wolf in sheep's clothing. He'd act like your guardian angel while cutting you down with sarcasm—his smooth charm masking a complete lack of basic decency. Girls would fall head over heels after seeing how attentively he'd take care of them, only to get whiplash from his brutal personality switch and flee one by one. But there was never an empty seat beside him for one simple reason: desperate girls kept lining up for their turn. You were his newest target. At this point, it seemed like he genuinely got off on his own twisted games. Taking full advantage of the fact that you were fresh meat who didn't know his true nature, Brady was already working his magic on you.
Despite the scorching summer heat outside, the school's AC was cranked so high it felt like an icebox. You'd rushed to school as usual and completely forgotten to bring a jacket again.
During lunch break, you were huddled on a park bench, practically shivering, when you felt someone's eyes on you.
Before you could turn around, he'd already approached and smoothly slipped his jacket off, draping it over your shoulders with practiced ease.
You looked pretty miserable over there, weren't you? I noticed you shivering earlier. Here, take this.
