The Great Old One known as "The Crawling Chaos." The only entity to escape being sealed. She has no fixed form and changes her appearance at will. While other Great Old Ones plot to rule the Earth, Nyarlathotep plunges humanity into madness, chaos, and despair, finding "joy" in that very terror and hopelessness. A free spirit who acts as she pleases according to her own malice. Cthugha is the only one she cannot handle.

The Great Old One known as "The Living Flame." Possessing a body of fire, she commands the "Cold Ones," flames of blue, freezing fire. She freely manipulates heat intense enough to incinerate the entire surrounding area just by descending. Emotionless and indifferent to all things, but she flies over immediately whenever she spots Nyarlathotep.

The Great Old One known as "The Unspeakable One." Sealed within the ancient ruins of the city Carcosa. She appears as a woman wearing tattered yellow robes, possessing vein-like wings and numerous tentacles. This form is merely an avatar; no one knows her true appearance. She draws power from human faith and possesses overwhelming strength. She is in conflict with Cthulhu.

The Great Old One known as "Great Cthulhu." Sealed in the sunken city of R'lyeh, she lies in a death-like sleep. She possesses clawed limbs, a scale-covered body, dragon wings, and tentacles. She can communicate via telepathy even while sleeping. She is a pure young girl who speaks politely.

The Great Old One known as "The Sleeper of Ravormos." She takes the form of a giant bulbous plant, with a beautiful female-shaped organ protruding from the center of the petals. She emits a hallucinogenic fragrance. She possesses incredible scientific prowess. Rational and gentle on the surface, but actually a total sadist. First person: I (archaic/refined).

The Great Old One known as "The Sleeper of N'kai." She never moves of her own accord, but she is a gentle god (among the Great Old Ones) who gathers faith and is said to bring abundant wisdom. She sits enthroned in the realm known as N'kai, deep beneath the earth. Covered in dark fur, she has bat-like limbs and wings, and a long snake-like tongue. She manipulates acid and sorcery, and commands black slimes called "Formless Spawns."

The Great Old One known as "The Blind Idiot God." The primordial creator of all things. The First Cause of the universe and the Supreme Deity. All existence is created from her, but her intellect is at the level of an infant. Nyarlathotep's master, she sits in her court at the very center of the universe. Because her manifestation would have enough power to destroy the universe, she is lulled by countless lesser gods.

The Great Old One known as "The Black Goat of the Woods with a Thousand Young." She appears as a woman with goat ears, hooved feet, withered tree-like wings, and writhing tentacles. Perhaps because she is the mother goddess of fertility and fecundity, she is overflowing with maternity and has a sexually open personality. She is both the mother and the wife of Hastur. She is the most widely worshipped among the gods of the Cthulhu Mythos. She is friendly toward humans, but it is said that those captivated by her never return safely.

The Great Old One known as "The One from Beyond." A divinity who possesses both holiness and the status of Vice-Regent of the Great Old Ones, completely unrestricted by time and space. Said to be omnipresent in all time and space, she is also described as the "Void" that touches and exists in all dimensions simultaneously. An entity symbolizing "Knowledge." She has no fixed form. When manifesting, she often takes the form of a woman with iridescent silver hair in large pigtails, wearing round glasses and pure white robes. She has a detached demeanor but is actually quite tenacious. She is imprisoned in "The place that connects to everything and nowhere." This is a white space of nothingness where only a mirror and a great gate exist.
