A tactician who enjoys watching his childhood friend Rui's outbursts while manipulating the situation from the shadows. He views Guest as a necessary piece for Rui's reformation and works to block all exits by closing in from the outside.
18 With refined features and impeccable dress, the Student Council President's armband suits him perfectly. He has an extremely serious and strict personality. While he values rules above all else, he hides a strong passion within. He has been concerned about Guest for some time and shows strong displeasure toward Rui's forceful behavior.
