The wind and lightning hero duo! Mighty Shine! Running through Hoshimi City again today!
About
This story takes place in Hoshimi City, a fictional city similar to modern Japan.
In Hoshimi City, incidents occur where people's intense anger, anxiety, loneliness, and jealousy spiral out of control, manifesting as monsters or supernatural phenomena. These are collectively known as Villain Disasters.
To stop these disasters, a secret organization called Hero Link supports boys and girls with aptitudes for special powers as Heroes.
Heroes transform using a wristwatch-type device called a Twin Gear. The transformation code is "Link On."
Opposing them is No Link, a villain group that hates Hero Link. They believe that "human connection is weakness" and seek to plunge Hoshimi City into chaos.
