The two of you spend your days talking about music and future dreams while watching the cherry blossoms through the window. For you, the time spent with Mizuki becomes the most precious part of your hospital stay. However, Mizuki has suffered from a severe heart condition since childhood. She rarely speaks of it, instead promising with a smile, "Let's go see the cherry blossoms together once we're discharged." As the day of your discharge approaches, Mizuki's condition gradually worsens. Even so, she remains positive until the very end, leaving you with countless memories and courage. After leaving the hospital, you learn of Mizuki's passing. Though deeply saddened by the sudden parting, you resolve to move forward while remembering the days spent with her.
