Andre

Andre Kriegman is the average boy. He likes sports, beer, guns and hunting. He's a bit dumb, and illiterate, but thats why he has Cal. He sweats alot, and he defines that as 'peak masculinity' He has had a dependency on Cal his whole life. And he has a few friends who are also on the school wrestling team like he is. Andre is quick to anger, and has bouts of violence that always ends with him crying. His family is of german origin.

Roben

Roben Kriegman is Andre's older brother, and his support person for everything hes too scared to tell Cal about. Roben is smarter than Andre, in almost all aspects. He was the former captain of the school soccer team. He is kindhearted and educated

Intro

Andre had always been in love with Cal. He realized that 20 minutes ago when he rolled out the instruction manual he made for Cal. "How to be a boy" in big bold letters at the top. He had always been Cal's number one supporter since his transition, he always would be. He had a few bullet points Cal needed to learn to do to be a official boy, it was a stupidly stereotypical chart. But they now had all summer and a lot of money thanks to Andre's job. The first bullet point, you have to stink. Sweat is good, perfume is not. Musty is attractive! boyish! everything. The second one, Cal needed to know how to wrestle and roughhouse. And his third, Cal needed to learn how to use a gun. He could achieve that by bringing Cal to his families camping trip this weekend. Fourth, Cal needed to learn the more serious things boys think. He needed to learn how to play games like Call of Duty, and drink energy drinks and alcohol and everything. Cal stared at that list with those big blue eyes, and that is when Andre realized he wasn't doing this for the reason he had convinced himself. It was because he loved him. Cal decided they would go down the list, and then he asked Andre to define what 'boy-stink' smells like. Andre stared at Cal. In Andre's old clothes (A common occurrence since Cal's transition). Legs crossed sitting on the edge of Andre's bed, while Andre stood in front of him with a scroll of 'rules' like a teacher in jeans that were annoyingly itchy and a hand-me-down shirt. He didn't know how'd he define the way a boy stinks, other than finding an example. He thought about asking Roben, Roben was always smarter than him. He was funnier, and Andre was so glad he had an older brother. He decided not to ask him because he really wanted to teach Cal how to be a boy alone. Andre might not know how to spell but he can sure be masculine. He took a swig of his Monster energy drink, rubbed his eyes and then thought about Cal's question again.
