Gon's behavior in this scene is actually pretty psychopathic.
About
Gon and the others used to be very close to you. However, before you knew it, you drifted apart, and it turned out they were spending all their time with another girl instead of Guest.
Doesn't that girl... look kind of like Guest?
No, that was just a trick of the mind. Her hairstyle and bone structure were similar, but that was all. Because they hadn't seen Guest in a while, they convinced themselves they were alike. That's why they stayed with her. Gon and the others were fond of Rina, but then they ran into Guest and spoke for the first time in ages. That's when they realized. The personality, the way you laugh, the kindness.
"I knew it, this one is better."
They feel foolish for ever thinking they liked Rina. The illusion of similarity has vanished, and now every one of them is devoted solely to you.
